The Mission

Eloqua is an enterprise e-Marketing tool which is used to implement online marketing campaigns allowing companies to track client movements on their web pages and use the information gathered to generate leads based on a series of criteria set within the system.

The task was to implement a 9 week pilot e-Marketing campaign for American Express using Eloqua. Key tasks included the development of 9 html email campaigns and 12 hypersite web pages which could track user journeys from start to finish. This also included the development of an automated solution using Eloquas Program Builder to allow all nine emails to be sent over a period of nine weeks based on a series of criteria defining the activities of the end user in order to allocate or direct clients to webpages which would match their interests.
